Pricing Policy
Almost all manufacturers specify a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP).
You many find similar products to those that we offer, on eBay or other
auction websites. Even though the product may be cheaper, has chosen to
violate MAP policy. Manufacturers will not warranty or accept returned
items bought below MAP price from sellers they cannot trust. Also, how
can you trust a company or individual that chooses not to follow policy?
What kind of customer service would you expect from them? FBD will
price products at MAP in compliance with all manufacturers’ policies.
You will get the lowest available price on your products and you will be
buying from someone you can trust. Installation services are offered
through FBD, but you must contact us for prices on these services.
Should you find any prices on the FBD website that are not the most
competitive available, please bring it to our attention and we will
address it immediately!
Core Charges
Some of our products require you, the customer to pay a refundable
“core charge.” The charge is usually applied to products such as
injectors, pumps, etc. A core is a rebuild-able part that allows you
compensation for a portion of the original price of the item. An actual
“core charge” is a deposit for the value of the core that is paid by
you, the customer, at the time of purchase. You will get your deposit
back when we or the intended manufacturer receives your core. To get
credit for a core, it must be the same model and part number as the new
part that was purchased. The core cannot be broken or damaged beyond
repair such that it could not be re-built. Cores must also be shipped
back to the intended recipient within 30 days to receive your refund.
The shipping cost for the return of the core is the responsibility of
the customer. If you are unsure if your core meets these requirements,
please contact us before you place an order. If you are not sure where
to send your core, please contact us for details.
Shipping Policy
FBD ships via UPS for all orders considered non truck freight. Most
products are shipped the day your order is placed or within 1-2 business
days; exceptions include back-ordered items and custom order products.
Most orders are received within 3-6 business days if the product is in
stock. All back-ordered and custom parts will only have an estimated
window of time for shipping and delivery. Contact us for details on the
shipping of these products. Items ordered after 5pm ET will not ship
until the next day. Because we ship UPS, we can access a tracking number
for your package(s). Contact us for a tracking number after allowing
the order to be processed and delivered. Some of the prices listed on
our site include shipping costs: injectors, exhaust kits, etc. Other
items such as valve bodies, transmission parts, etc. do not include
shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to make note of the items
that do and do not include shipping in their price quote.
Canceled Orders & Return Policy
A canceled order will not be accepted by fax, voicemail or email; you
must speak to us here at FBD to confirm “in person” that you order is
to be canceled. Canceled orders (under FBD's discretion) will be
refunded, minus credit card processing fees and shipping. The fees are
as follows: VISA and Mastercard = 4%. All cancellations are subject to a
10% processing fee. Cancellation requests on items that have been
shipped prior to the request are considered to be completed and
therefore no cancellation will be granted. Specialty item orders (i.e.
Custom Injectors, Monster VP 44 Injection Pumps, Custom Turbos)cannot be
canceled, refunded, or returned. All returns must be authorized and
approved by Farmboy’s Diesel Performance. Return requests must be made
within 5 days after receiving the product; the received date will be
taken from the UPS record of delivery. We do not refund shipping charges
on the original purchase if they are not included in the price offered
on the site. Approved returnable items must be received by FBD within 30
days of the product being received by you, the customer, per UPS
records. The product must be in new, unused condition, with all original
boxes, packaging, parts, instructions, etc. Upon our receipt, all items
will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused and/or a
re-stocking fee of 10%-25% may apply. The manufacturer will determine
the basis for the submitted claim and will replace or repair the product
and return it to the original purchaser. The original purchaser will be
liable for the repair costs if the manufacturer determines that the
fault or failure is other than that covered by warranty. The customer is
responsible for shipping costs incurred for return products.
Credit may not be given under the following circumstances:
The product has been installed and/or used (if the product
is damaged in shipping you must contact us immediately - UPS does not
cover items that have been removed from the box or installed)

Product has been damaged due to customer handling, usage, or attempt to install

The product is returned without the original contents of the box (instructions, etc.)

The seals/plastic coverings on product have been tampered with

Product’s item number does not match the item number of the original part shipped to you, the customer

The RMA # (return merchandise authorization) is not obtained or affixed to the product
The RMA# is issued by the manufacturer upon a return request. An item
will not be accepted if the RMA # is not obtained and authorized by the
manufacturer. Contact manufacturers for more details. All products sold
by Farmboy’s Diesel Performance carry the warranty of the manufacturer
and warranty products for the length of the manufacturers’ warranty
period. Warranty documentation will be sent if applicable. We do not
give any warranty to products that are not sold as named “FBD” beyond
that of the manufacturer. If a product is defective, or you need more
warranty information, it is the responsibility of the customer to
contact us and/or the manufacturer.
Attention: Some products sold by FBD are aftermarket
products intended only for use “off-road” or for “show.” Due to
restrictions in areas, some of these parts are not prohibited for
“on-road” vehicles. It is the responsibility of the customer to check
with their local restrictions and regulations for details. Products on
this website are designed, tested, and listed for mid-sized diesel
pick-up trucks only.
The correct use of these products is the sole responsibility of the
customer and FBD is not liable for any misuse of these products. If
there are questions on installation or use of a product, please contact
us; install and use these products at your own risk. FBD is not
responsible for faulty installations or product misuse in any way.

Warranty Policy
FBD warrants your purchases to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for the manufacturer’s warranty period. This warranty is
limited to the original purchaser on the original vehicle for which the
part was purchased. The warranty is not transferable. This warranty does
not cover the cost of installation or the removal of the product. The
warranty is void if the manufacturer determines that the product has
been damaged, modified, abused, or improperly installed. FBD also voids
all warranties, expressed or implied if a product is abused, misused, or
improperly installed.
**Farmboys Diesel Performance is not responsible for the use
of any products that violate local, state, or federal laws. The
customer assumes complete responsibility for how they use products
purchased from this online store.
