The DTech Powerstroke Remanufactured 6.0L Injectors for your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke is the 4th generation offering from DTech. These updated injectors incorporate many production and quality process improvements including new coil and wire assemblies and a new nozzle assembly. All injectors come with a one year, unlimited mileage warranty.

Benefits of new coil and wire assemblies and nozzle assembly: A common issue with the 6.0L injector is breakdown of the wire insulation and fractures of the wire strands. These issues cause misfires, power balance issues, and diagnostic codes. Installation of new coil and wire assemblies insures optimal injector operation, engine performance, and an increased service life of the remanufactured injector. Use of a new nozzle provides improved atomization of the fuel resulting in improved engine operation and increased injector service life. Reuse of a used nozzle can result in cracking of the nozzle body from metal fatigue and reduced durability of the needle seat.

Injector remanufacturing is always a trade-off between reusing and replacing parts while maintaining the highest quality level. With our 4th generation 6.0L injectors we replaced many used parts on a 100% basis. This resulted in a higher quality product but at a price that made it difficult for DTech dealers to compete with Ford dealers in many parts of the country. Since then, we have been revising our re-manufacturing process and with our 4th generation injector we can provide an excellent remanufactured injector at a significantly reduced price. The D-Tech Difference:

Replacement parts have been developed for the spool, coil wire assembly, plunger, nozzle, shims, springs, screws, and o-rings.
Using inspection and remanufacturing processes developed over the past five years, plus employing stringent parts reuse guidelines, we have been able to significantly lower our per injector cost.
Cores are a significant remanufacturing cost and we have been able to lower our per injector core acquisition cost.
Lower injector core cost plus the ability to greatly improve core utilization by replacing worn components with new parts, instead of scrapping an injector core, allows us to maintain a high level of quality at a lower per injector cost.

All DTech products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of original product installation, whichever occurs first. We will replace any part that fails during the warranty period and is determined to be defective in material or workmanship. If defective product is replaced it will be warranted for either the remainder of the original warranty period or 120 days, whichever is longer. We will also pay standard labor rates and times for product removal and reinstallation.

A: The injector you need will depend on the mfg year of the engine in your vehicle. Early 03/04 engine or the later 04.5 and newer.
